Remove mana burn (fix completed)

 

Optionally, as in Manalink. Likely can just reuse the implementation there, and so get the hard part of Omnath, Locus of Mana for free.

If mana burn is no more, then I suppose Power Surge becomes nearly useless, right?

In that case, Power Surge needs to be removed from decks and dungeons. It can currently be found in the Hydra deck (which will likely be remade anyway) but also as castle advantage on Sorcerer difficulty.

I'd planned to make the removal optional, as in Manalink; but I'd had no idea that the castle advantages changed with different difficulty. I'll leave it defaulted to on until we come to a consensus about how to replace the "standard" ai decks and dungeon/castles.

[TH] Make mana burn configurable, and disabled by default.

As in Manalink, it can also be enabled for the human player only.

Since this is arguably a feature, I'm not backporting it to either RT or LT; and since I expect to make the castle (and dungeon) advantages configurable as well in this version, I'm defaulting it off.
