I add my work until now...

There's only a couple of card

I just to this to be add to the svn and to continue to code there

And I hope that punisher can resolve why the last card (the 3 banneret, TUNDRA, Nettletooth Djinn) doesn't display the text correctly

Bugs : Steel Overseer doesn't do anything
Fledgling Djinn not added to W_Card_Text
The 3 banneret will not reduce cost from sorcery,
tribal, ... for now!!
