Missing Art In Many Decks Since Last Update!

Since the last update svn 448, I am missing a ton of art from over 100 cards!

These are the decks I checked before I stopped because there were so many cards that were missing the art that I had to stop!

My Decks Missing Art

Tropical Bestiary

A Quiet City

Necromancy

Deadly Farmstead

Hands of Prosterity

Mind Distortion

Soldier Offensive

And Many more.

Some of these decks are missing almost all the art while other decks are missing a few card`s art.

I don`t know what happened.

Can someone look into this. Kev had a similar problem and fixed it by creating a copy of the deck files.

I`m not sure if all these decks are created by Kev as well as others.

I deleted and then downloaded the entire svn & nothing changed.

Do you play in "English" ? I tried to play in "French" (my native speaking) and a lot of cards haven't any description... Changing language to "English" solved the problem ! Maybe this will solve your missing art problem ?

I play in english, so that's not the problem.

I add/update one new deck during V440~448 without modifying any existing cards.
After toughly checking the log, it seems no one deleted any TDX.
Could you please tell me the name of such 'issue deck'?

You know, most of modders like me could only know English besides our mother language.
So that in my text file, all other language were quoted from English. while in some other text file, there is only one default text description words for English....which caused the issue you met with.

These are the ones I posted about above in my first post. I stopped looking at the rest of the decks after I got to these because there were so many card's art missing. I know that there must be more but I don't want to look at every deck, I just don't have the time.

I had a similar problem with some of Kev's decks & he fixed it:

Hi, i checked all of your mentioned deck while no missing image card found
IDK what happed on your local PC...

Please make a check as follow:
1. ex: card Time of Heroes,

Code: Select all

<ARTID                value = "63210028" />

2. make sure 63210028.tdx exists in your path 'XXX:\Magic The Gathering Duels of the Planeswalkers\DATA_DLC_1111\DATA_PC\DATA_SHARED\ART_ASSETS\'.

If those images still exists & well opened by Paint.NET....i have no idea then

Of course, you could download another copy from SVN & swith the DLC path then try it again...

I installed paint.net but it won't open any of those files.

I've already deleted the entire svn & re-downloaded it but I still am missing allot of art work.

The deck A Quiet City¸ is missing art from these cards:

Island of Wak-Wak
Prodigal Sorcerer
Zuran Spellcaster
Rootwater Hunter
Witch Hunter
Arrest
Moat

The Deck Mind Distortion is missing art from:

Hypnotic Spectre
Hymn to Tourach
Stupor
Animate Dead
Mind Twist

Any decks that have those cards in it besides the deck I mentioned are missing the art.

Other cards missing art are:

Prosperity
Damnation (again!)
The Abyss
Iron Maiden
Ivory Tower
Spellbook
Erhnam Djinn

There are others too.

I also have allot of decks that have all of their art so this problem does not effect everything.

Hopefully Kev might have an idea how to fix this because I think this is the result of the same problem that he fixed before.
