Then you don't need to unpack official WAD files: take all the official cards from here:

That is exactly what I wanted to do, but if I can't open the core fixes I can't overwrite its card over that in the link that I already downloaded: it is the your core I wanted to open, not the original ones

OK, I understood now. I started to think that you wanted to open Data_Core.wad because that's the only WAD that people reported having problems with. I really don't know how the core fixes WAD could give problems unpacking, since I always do the same process... but if you want to try something different from Gibbed Tools, there's this:

of course you need to have Java installed.

I also found this extractor because I never was able, also downloading java it doesn't open, also if I put the wad over it as with gibbed tools or double click

Then I noticed that my Gibbed Tools seems doesn't work also with some other wads, maybe also it requires something (as java for your) that I could have unistalled without know what it was (and maybe I also unistalled java for the same reason)?

Of course it doesn't work with double click or drag and drop... the post explains how to use it from the command prompt.

Then re-download Gibbed Tools.

I discovered the problem, it was something so stupid: the folder had a name too long, all there...

Thank you for your assistance :)

However nothing about Deck_1000_PromoDisable and Deck_1000_GuildUnlock?

Deck_4000_Core.wad is an unlock wad that was created here:
DOTP2013 Mod Compatibility List & Unlock all Cards & Avatars

It should be noted though that it is outdated and does not contain APPID_LINKING.TXT entries for the official deck packs nor for any of the newer mods. It is even more outdated than my Data_DLC_8192_AppId_Linking.wad (and mine is pretty outdated).

Opening the core fixes I found some functions
So the fixed XMLs doesn't work with only official functions and they could not work if used like model without the mod functions as each other card from mods?
I also found 16 cards that have a different name (id) of the official ones downloaded in your link

I don't know if this is a bug or not but since I've installed the mod decks, if we are playing ajani or against ajani, the Serra Ascendant seems to be back to its original form for me, but not for players who don't have the mods. e.g.

on turn 1 an opponent played the Serra which immediately became a 6/6 flyer even though their life was still 30. However my ally who didn't have the mods saw it as a 1/1 nonflyer that only did 1 damage. I saw it do 6 damage.

Any advice?

I didn't even know that someone managed to play online with other people without having exactly the same WADs... the bug is weird and I don't think I could do something for it. The only advice I can give you is to play with people who have the same mods as you... or to temporarily move the mods to another folder when you play with someone who is missing some/all the mods you have.
