Describe the Bug:
Leviathan can attack past Blazing Archon when it sacrifices two islands to do so. fixed

No creatures may attack you with Blazing Archon in play.

On the plus side, Blazing Archon doesn't interact with pay-cost-to-attack effects like Leviathan and Propaganda anymore. On the minus side, it doesn't prevent attacks at all anymore, either. Blazing Archon needs a csv update, remove Flags: Paid Attack, add Flags: Declare Attack, and insert the usual rant about how useless that bit of premature optimization is and how many bugs it needlessly causes.

I suspect, depending on the timestamps of the two cards, that Leviathan might let you attack despite not paying for a Propaganda, but it needs a rewrite to work with inspired anyway.
