Collectible Card Game Headquarters

Describe the Bug:
1- AI at least can target to equip Kira, Great Glass-Spinner with Sword of Body and Mind if it already is equipped by another Sword of Body and Mind the first time in the turn without being countered.(I guess the same happens for any equipment that is the 2nd,3nd,,,,to equip simultaneously with others pre-existing ones).
2- AI discarded Kira,Great Glass-Spinner with Masticore ability and his creature Patron of the Akki got a legacy from Kira,Great Glass-Spinner.
3- Probably the same bug as 2 above causes Kira,Great Glass-Spinner to come with a CIP ability that attaches to a creature it's legacy card?(that is/has been targeted? with a spell ability before in the game?)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Kira,Great Glass-Spinner ability counters every time the first spell/ability in a turn no matter if it has been targeted before in the game by the same spell or ability.
2- Kira,Great Glass-Spinner has no effect if it doesn't come in play.
3- No CIP ability for Kira,Great Glass-Spinner.Effect is active after she entered the battlefield.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Well, Kira's implementation underwent an almost complete change, so consider this fixed.

When Kira, Great Glass-Spinner is in play I can cast 3 lightning bolts at it in one turn and none has any effect.
