Describe the Bug:
Fume Spitter doesn't put the -1/-1 counter on targeted creature when sacrificed.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
