[fixed/close]Cuombajj Witches doesn't target 1st & AI bugged

Describe the Bug:
1- Cuombajj Witches the owner doesn't target first or if he does (you don't get to see before you target what the owner targeted.
2- AI is bugged when doesn't own Cuombajj Witches andalways selects to hurt his creatures (mostly the one targeted by human) or himself.
Which card did behave improperly ?

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)
Manalink 2014/11/14: Khans of Tarkir,duel
What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
1- Cuombajj Witches owner when activates the ability targets first and we get to see what the owner targeted and then the opponent targets and both select on activation and then resolve simultaneously.(the original microprose card worked like this).
2- AI isn't forced to ping him and his creatures when AI doesn't own Cuombajj Witches.
Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
