Describe the Bug:
Spirit en-Dal forecast doesn't give the ability to the creature.The first time you try to activate forecast you target the creature but nothing happens from 2nd time and more it puts a legacy card to the hand but still no shadow ability given.

Fixed in 926f8af

Functionality mostly fixed. Can use forecast on any upkeep, not just yours.

Don't remember if this is the way to report, but the legacy card created by the forecast ability has text of Rules Engine, not Spirit en-Dal.

Fixed "forecast" timing in ec055fe

Still works on both upkeeps.
