[fixed/closed]Berserk doesn't destroy

Describe the Bug:
Gargaroz did you also fix the following bug when you fixed Berserk here:

I cast Berserk on an AI's Mystic Familiar that was attacking to destroy it but at eot the creature was not destroyed and the legacy remained to creature for the rest of the game.And I kept wondering why AI doesn't cast it on my creatures.

Which card did behave improperly ?
Berserk

Which update are you using?(date,name)Which type(Duel,Gauntlet,Sealed Deck)

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
If you cast it on an opponent's attacker or a creature that will attack that turn,the creature dies at eot.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?

Doesn't destroy period, creature's controller irrelevant.

That's strange, it works for me, could you please test again?
In the meantime, I fixed another pair of minor bugs here 4f3f13e
