Describe the Bug:
Death Wish can find planes, vanguards, conspiracies, and weirdos like Draft and Elder Dragon Highlander. You do need to pick Enchantments and sometimes sort-of-intuitive colors on the dialog.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
They probably shouldn't even show up in the list. (But then, neither should sorceries when casting Living Wish, monocolor and colorless cards when casting Glittering Wish, and so on and so forth.) Failing that, you shouldn't get the card if you select it.

Rule 108.5: "Nontraditional Magic cards can't start the game in any zone other than the command zone (see rule 408). If an effect would bring a nontraditional Magic card into the game from outside the game, it doesn't; that card remains outside the game."

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Golden Wish now too. (I was tired of reflexively trying to debug it into my hand to cast to get artifacts and enchantments into the game cleanly, remembering that it was the only wish not in Manalink, and then switching to Death Wish. Though, the next thing I did was to fix the debug menu options to add cards cleanly so you don't have to bother with wishes at all for that anymore.)

Glittering Wish doesn't give you the Elder Dragon Highlander card despite it being listed under Gold, so that's good. I didn't test it beyond that one casting.

Mostly fixed in 85ea9bb, in that you don't get anything if you name one of these cards - anything with Type: Effect==1 in ct_all.csv, or New Types 1==100Ch (conspiracy) in Manalink.csv - but they still show up in the list.

Glittering Wish is a separate codepath, so if it let you get any of these, it still does.

Since Korath has fixed* the other cards and Glittering Wish doesn't add odd cards this is considered fixed.
