[Fixed/closed]Lion's Eye Diamond bad colors (EDH)

Describe the Bug:
Lion's Eye Diamond triggers as an illegal color in all but a five color Commander deck, triggering an auto game loss.

This is similar to the old EDH bugs here and here, but only affecting LED.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction ?
Any EDH deck may contain Lion's Eye Diamond as it has no color identity.

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug ?
Apparently not. I've attached a test deck with all the (colorless) cards I could think of that add mana of any color, and only LED triggered illegal mana symbols.

Tangentially, would it make sense to have banned or off-color cards trigger only a warning without the auto game loss? That way we could play these cards if there is an issue like this, or if there is a banlist change in between Manalink updates, or we could "house rule" a banned card into a deck for science. Just a thought.

It doesn't just have bad color identify, it has bad colors. You can Blue Elemental Blast it, for instance.

Also makes you discard your hand even if you cancel while selecting color.

Fixed everything up to here in 896edd6.

The restricted and banned lists, not just for EDH but for challenge mode too, should really be in a config file (or at least Manalink.csv) rather than core.
