[fixed]Bad Parameter CTD - Hammer of Bogardan

Describe the Bug:
CTD during enemy untap phase after I played Abzan Falconer and Tuskguard Captain.

Which update are you using? (date, name)Which type? (duel, gauntlet, sealed deck)
Manalink Dec 2021 update. Gauntlet.

What exactly should be the correct behavior/interaction?
No CTD

Are any other cards possibly affected by this bug?
Not sure - but I often see the bad parameter crash.

Pretty sure the issue is Hammer of Bogardan in AI's graveyard. What I believe is happening is that AI thinks to activate the ability to return it to hand (it will do so without a crash if there are no targets for it) and then there is a conflict in AI's logic as can't play it right away as it is a sorcery. wrong assumption.

Fixed in commit fdce774. It wasn't Hammer of Bogardan issue but void boost_creatures_by_counters().
