[fixed] Vigean Hydropon + Lignify, Oko ,Humility

Vigean Hydropon does not cause problems on its own.
However, it can be used in
-If try to attach Lignify to it or use Oko, Thief of Crowns' +1 ability, the game freezes.
-If put Humility on it, the game does not freeze, but it still cannot attack or block.

Thank you for reporting these. There was a problem with an unterminated loop in a couple of places regarding adding subtypes. It's the real reason for:
