Adding Tempest Remastered set

The cards for Tempest Remastered were released today, so I'll be adding the set and updating the card data file.

Created the set and added the cards to mtg-cards-data.txt. After adding in previously completed cards, there are still around 70 cards that need to be coded for the set if anyone wants to help out.

They are all cards from Tempest, Stronghold, and Exodus, so if you are working on some, just tag them in progress on http://ct-magefree.rhcloud.com/

I'm going to be gone for the next couple days for a funeral if someone else can work on the remaining cards. There are about (edit)4 left to implement. They are probably mostly beyond my cut-n-paste skills to do anyway.

TPR was added to the Gatherer now, so I took it off of the ignore url list. When downloading the images from Wizards, not all of the available images are downloading however. The 2nd-4th version of the basic lands doesn't download, and quite a few other cards are not downloading, though they do appear on the Gatherer. It seems to start with Lab Rats and then everything following it alphabetically. The client log says "Card not available on WotC Gatherer."

The land problem I'm aware of, because they have alternate arts (switching the art by javascript links below the image) and the download does not handle this yet.
The other problem I have to look into.

Seems like Wizards switched recently to paged handling of the visual spoiler lists.
I adde logic now to handle this.
Beside the alternate land images the download does work now.
