Server admin request/server reboot script

Hi,

I am hosting mtg dot lukeskywalk dot com xmage server.

Is there a way to be on a mailing list or notification something to receive it when you guys release a new xmage version? So I know when to update my server?

Also I am trying to find a script or a task you can schedule on my windows box to restart my server every X hours or something?
