Promo and Box Set Cards

Syphon Mind is from the Summer of Multiplayer WPN kit specifically targetted around multiplayer casual games including Archenemy and Planechase... It features the new WPN logo that I assume will replace the accustomed DCI logo on previous WPN and Gateway releases.

I know it is-- but my stupid excel would sort the cards wrong if i dont put '0' before single numbers.

As for the *22 DCI, i know that is the correct number, but why de asterisk (*)?

I know that too... but the promos all have the same numbering therefore, to me, I see it as all in one collection. As Magic Livrary site indicates, Gateway promos ends with Selkie Hedge-Mage (20 DCI). WPN starts with Sprouting Thrinax (*21 DCI) Maybe thats whats the asterisk for???
After 2 cards with asterisks theres no #23 and than on the 24th appears for the first time the LLC thingy (thanks to you i now know what it means)
So, from Path to Exile forward the numbering is preceeded with LLC (eg. LLC 24 DCI)

You all wouldn't happen to need a scan of the garruk wildspeaker promo they were giving people for purchasing the xbox live magic game would you? I have one and stumbled across it today while cleaning up. It has an alternate art and also a xbox controller logo for a set-id.
