Looking for high quality blank card images

I am working on a project that calls for customized Magic-like cards and I have spun my wheels for the better part of a day trying to find any decent blanks of just the cards frames from 8th edition and earlier. MWS does essentially what I need it to, but the images it puts out are embarrassingly low-resolution.
Does anyone know where I can find some decent images of frame blanks or another tool that can do what I need? Any tool that can make custom cards with high-resolution output would also work just fine.
