New install - where to get what?

Hi folks, I remember ManaLink from when it originally came out from MicroProse, and I was very pleasantly surprised recently when I discovered that it's been revived and extended by such talented people!

I would just like to ask, from a fresh install, what's the best way to get all the updates and card images, rules and so forth, so that my install of ManaLink 3 is completely up to date? I've found some posts with links to downloads, but most of the MediaFire links are private and older links to downloads like the Izzet vs Golgari Duel Decks are all out of date and thus no longer available.

Is there perhaps a master post of the list of items to download, with working links as of December 2013, please?

Go to wiki/Manalink 3.0:
http://www.slightlymagic.net/wiki/ManaLink_3.0
and download at least 2 files:
1- Complete version link to download and install of the forum thread.
2- The new patch: November 2013 Portals to Theros copy everything to main magic folder overwriting everything.Look for full patch by Stassy
3- you may need the Visual C++ Libraries,too.
Every 1 or 2 months new updates are available at Patches.
