will ever be Ice Age, Homelands, Fallen Empires implemented?
by carletto1979 » 23 Jul 2009, 13:58
That would be great to play the game with the other old expansions like Ice Age, Homelands, Fallen Empires, Alliances.. is it possibile?
I guess this is difficult to add to the original program, because it means to have it to "learn" how to use the new cards and abilities, and to build new decks for the enemies wandering on Shandalar.
Is this possibile?
If not, is this in some "to do" list?
If not, why? And is there a humanVScpu videogame that allows all those expansions (and possibily even the newest)?
Thanks!

One of the key problems is the game is hard coded to have a 2000 card cap, and apparently we're already at about 1900. That's the main issue.
The other thing is most of the coders seem to be newer players, and so they are coding newer cards that they are more familiar with from play. That's fine, though since I haven't bought any cards since about 2002 it is kind of weird for me :p They have done a few from those sets already, mostly people's favourites like pump knights, hymn to tourach, autumn willow, necropotence, and that sort of thing.

Too bad for this 2000 cards limit!
IMO that would be awesome to see even the most unplayable cards from legends and fallen empires, like Homarids, Wood elementals, Barktooth Warbeard and all those never played legends! I'd love to play Legends sealed decks.
