Got several noobie questions

Hi all,
I am new to manalink 3.0 and this is the version I am currently using http://pierre.gonnetan.free.fr/

1. manalink.exe isn't responding at all. Is this normal?

magic.exe works, however:
2. How do I choose the expansions I wish to use in sealed deck?
I can only choose the very early expansions such as Arabian night, Legends, etc.
Is there a way to choose blocks such as Urza's Saga, Zendikar, etc?

3. Whenever I choose the gauntlet mode, the user interface screws up as the following screenshot.

The first thing you need to do is patch up to the most current version. You can find that in the patch folder of this site, located here (look for the most recent thread, read it completely, and follow instructions).

As for your questions:
1) magic.exe is the appropriate executable, don't use manalink.exe.

2) Sealed deck is not completely working. There are efforts to fix it (you can follow that here), but for the most part you just have to live with limited functionality there.

3) First, what is your screen resolution? The original game was designed for 4x3, so if you use 16x9 you need a hd artwork patch (don't know if that was included in the package you used). But try updating all your artwork as described in the patch page and try again. If you are still having issues, we can try to help you troubleshoot it.
