If you want to buy/get one of those lower cards, maybe try using the numpad arrows to select one of those cards. I have had the same issue your picture shows, but I never worried about it because I don't usually use the cards affected by this.

Selecting your card with arrows key do work. it's a bit difficult but doable.

I taste all Buttons on my Tastatur; The up and down Arror and the D Buttons bring me to the Done Button in the game; All others button brings no reaction.

I think you need to mouseover one card name then use the up down arrow for selection.
