Does anyone know of a free converter that you can create these .pic picture files the game uses?

we have changed the game to accept bmps. most of the pic have been converted to bmp. what do you want to change?
can I maze of ith your dog?

Thanks, I didn't realize that. I was just interested in creating a custom avatar for duels.
