Using Google keyboard doesn't work either. I'm going to see if there is anything in the log files.
Edit: I'm attaching the log file there's something in there about deck.io.something-or-other that I don't understand. Could that be what's causing my issue?

After a couple broken releases I had to quick fix, I just released 1.5.34.004, which I'm excited to share includes support for downloading "Net Decks" directly from the Forge Decks subforum. gos has done an amazing job gathering thousands of decks from different Magic columns and creating Forge deck files for them. And now it's easier than ever to get your hands on those decks without even leaving the app.
Let me know what you think.
Thanks.

I was able to play it without any problems in my galaxy S4,but for some reason it stopped working. When I open the app it just appears a black screen and nothing happens. Does anyone knows why?

Have you checked forge.log under Forge/data? Also have you tried reinstalling?barofa wrote:I was able to play it without any problems in my galaxy S4,but for some reason it stopped working. When I open the app it just appears a black screen and nothing happens. Does anyone knows why?

The vast number of netdecks available are awesome.
But it has now started a need for a new feature - filtering decks more accurately on format. I would like to see modern decks that are NOT standard, because the bulk of the modern legal decks are actually standard decks (or an expired standard) which almost certainly makes them less than good enough for modern.

The same way, it would be great if formats weren't static -- if you could, for example, see decks that were standard-legal at a given date.

In Quest mode, would it be possible to show the number of a particular card you currently own in the confirmation dialog when buying it? Eg. "Pay 6 credits to purchase the following card? (You own 2 already.)"
It's a pain to check how many you have sometimes.

Should I make the formats checkboxes instead of single-select, similar to how sets are chosen? Or are you just asking that I make the Modern, Legacy, and Vintage filters automatically filter out standard legal decks (perhaps via a setting?)kestell wrote:The vast number of netdecks available are awesome.

You can already achieve this by choosing sets and checking all sets from a couple given blocks.Marek14 wrote:The same way, it would be great if formats weren't static -- if you could, for example, see decks that were standard-legal at a given date.

Well, legality also changes with B/R announcements. For example, lots of decks that use Treasure Cruise is now marked as not being legal anywhere, even though were just a while agodrdev wrote:You can already achieve this by choosing sets and checking all sets from a couple given blocks.Marek14 wrote:The same way, it would be great if formats weren't static -- if you could, for example, see decks that were standard-legal at a given date.

Your second suggestion is what I had in mind, but I suppose the first would achieve more flexibility.drdev wrote:Should I make the formats checkboxes instead of single-select, similar to how sets are chosen? It might also be cool for users to be able to either customize their own banlist / restricted lists, or to enable 'freeform' as an option, so users who want the chance to play using iconic older decks like Hulk Flash in Quest Mode (which are currently not legal anywhere) could do so. Unsure where this could be -- maybe just an 'allow freeform decks' option for Quest Mode.

Guys, how can I tell Forge to look for its cache folder on external SD card? With 1.6 GB usage, I'd like to have my card pictures on the ext. SD. Symlinks need root (in Android, its too clunky for me to become root), but IIRC sym/hardlinks also need same file system.
In the windows version I think there are paths in the config file, but not so in the android version; did I miss something? Please help
As for the net decks, I am currently exploring. Thoughts in my mind are "are they parsed at app startup" (you know this affects startup time massively)... "should they be used like all other user decks, e.g. when you play 'random user deck'", should there be an option "random net deck".. But net decks are user decks, so I guess to avoid confusion this should be merged in whatever way to avoid confusion. Still testing, because I just saw that change today.

There's an option under files in the option menu. You'll have to enter the directory to your SDcard (generally sdcard1 or something like that.)bevryde wrote:Guys, how can I tell Forge to look for its cache folder on external SD card?
