Is there a way to change where the app stores its card images? Storing them on the phone's internal storage is chewing up the free space on my device. If not, I'll just use the app without card images.

Yes. You can configure that in Settings on the Files tab.

I'm using a Galaxy S5 with AT&T (SM-G900A), android version 5.0. I used the Forge for android app on this phone for a year or so then had to uninstall it for a while due to space issues. I cleared the cache, data, then uninstalled the app. I recently downloaded and installed the newest version but when I try to open the app all I get is a black screen. How can I fix this issue? Also, is there any way to actually install the app to my memory card and run it from there? Thanks.

So when I install and open the app, I get stuck on the splash screen? I don't have to do anhthing but install the apk right? I should already have an inbuilt jre?

Hi! I am trying to load the newest version of Forge on my LG G3, and I am having an issue where it gets stuck on the "Checking for updates" screen.

The first time I downloaded the file and installed it, it says it was going to download source fikes, which I approved. THEM it for stick at 48%, unsuspected because of poor internet connection at work. When I couldn't get it back to that. It started up and freezes at "Checking for updates".

I have done several uninstall and reinstalls, and even cleared out all my downloads and temp files in case there was something it was referencing that got all jacked up. It has not changed the programs behavior.

I am running Android 6, and have included a screen shot. I'm not terribly tech savvy when it comes to phones, so any help you can offer is appreciated!

I would like to report a possible bug with the android version. So i cast soul foundry and imprint my jwari shapeshifter but everytime i tap the soul foundry to make a copy of the shapeshifter it doesnt let me copy one of my allies instead it enters as a 0/0 and dies according to state based actions, it still triggers rally effects but id rather actually get to copy a creature. Anyone know why?

Have you tried deleting the forge folder in the internal Memory?
Also I suggest you download the High quality pictures from FAQ thread.

I suggest you try to reproduce the error in the Windows release and, if the bug is there too, report it to the forge beta thread.

I would only recommend getting hq pics if your phone has a large amount of internal storage and RAM. Otherwise, stick with lq pics.

I feel very dumb for asking this, I can't seem to find a way to add "Wastes" basic lands to my decks in Quest Mode... when I go to "add basic lands", all I can see is the traditional WUBRG options. Is it possible to get Wastes added to the add basic lands function? Or if there's already a way to get them, can you please let me know? Thanks!!

I'm excited to announce the release of 1.5.57.001, which includes all Kaladesh cards. It also includes UI support for energy counters, which will appear below your life total if you have any (poison counters will take precedence if you happen to have both).

A little heads-up: I rolled out a new build (1.5.57.002) of mobile Forge which hopefully mitigates some of the nightmarish flickering caused when some cards (e.g. Theros Gods, card type-changing enchantments) are present on the battlefield. There will still likely be some flickering present, but hopefully not nearly as much as before.

Unfortunately, the current fix is essentially a revert of some of the earlier changes which were meant to mitigate a different, albeit arguably less serious issue with some effects visually lingering on the card when not necessary (e.g. Humility), so that issue is, sadly, back for the time being until someone can fix both things at the same time without introducing the horrible flickering.

EDIT: 1.5.57.003 - some more flickering reduction.

I habe a strange issue, the game freezes every time I run it exactly after the coin toss. Music is still on and everything else works, but I can't start the game. I have reinstalled the game several time with no success.
