Another OGW card error... The second effect of Kozilek's Return works, but does not exile the card when the effect is used.

Is the full colorless list of OGW fully implemented in the android version?, according to http://www.slightlymagic.net/wiki/Forge_Upcoming

They all are already claimed (I suppose that means they are implemented) cause i'm searching for Endbringer and the card is missing (building a commander). How can I implement such cards into the android version of forge?

Endbringer isn't legendary, so he can't be used as your commander.

There's a bug with Oath of Gideon.

The presence of the legadary enchantment doesn't give new planeswalkers extra loyalty counters.

hey I've been playing the desktop version but never had a smartphone with hardware good enough to handle Forge, up until now. I have some questions:

1) How well does the battlefield fit on such small window? Even if some recent phones share the same resolution as desktops (1920x1080), it's still 4-5 inches, while a standard monitor would have 19-21 inches. Would someone be kind enough to send a screenshot sample from your own smartphone? I know there are sample pictures on the first page, but I'd like to see the game on a higher resolution

2) Does it really consume only 200-300mb RAM? Desktop versions can usually clog up to 1.5gb if played for extended periods of time

3) How noticeable is the difference between LQ and HQ pictures? Again, on desktop the difference is very noticeable. Once you start using/seeing HQ pictures, LQ pictures seem very choppy.

I've rarely played Forge on the computer, started on the Android first. As such, I find the Android app to be fine and actually dislike a lot of the interaction playing on a PC. A touchscreen is just so much better, but here are my best answers, hope they help:

1) on a phone it must be played in "portrait" orientation with AI player on top and your field on the bottom. It works well, but keep in mind what it is, you arent playing on a PC, so dont expect PC level quality. When I was able to play it on my tablet, you can choose orientation and I found it worked very well on "Landscape", still AI on top you on bottom, but much more room.

You also need to remember that with a touchscreen phone or tablet, you can "pinch zoom" and also pan with your finger, so the visibility isnt an issue, and neither is screen size.

2) on my phone, its been played off and on thru the day with it running in background when not in use. I currently show 385MB ram usage for the app.

3) I'm not sure what versions I have downloaded, so I cant comment. But I dont have an issue reading the cards or knowing them by picture.

I've actually found that you might want a phone with significant system resources available to play this. I've actually had to take Forge off my LG Volt II because I don't have room, and because of occasional random crashes.

Works great on my Xperia Z3. Play it far more on it than on PC. No problems with screen size or UI. Actually find it more intuitive than the PC version. I literally play for hours per day on the go. I am soooo addicted to Forge. Also have gotten into paper magic casually with family as a result of Forge so WOTC have gotten their pay off out of it as well.

Reckless Bushwhacker gives it's surge ability to itself. The card should read each OTHER creature you control gains +1/+0 and Haste.

I am playing on Alpha 1.5.48.010 on Android and it still does not add the extra loyalty. Is there an update I am missing? Or maybe one that hasnt yet been released that may have the correction?

I am playing on Alpha 1.5.48.010 on Android and it still does not add the extra loyalty. Is there an update I am missing? Or maybe one that hasnt yet been released that may have the correction?
Dan hasn't released a new android build with the latest fixes yet. That and the other thing you just mentioned will be fixed when .011 comes out

Excellent! Thanks for the update!

I came across another one, Visions of Brutality doesnt appear to deal the damage at all. Player1 (the AI) cast it on my creature, so when I attack, it should deal me damage.

The log says:

Player1 Triggered Visions of Brutality (123)
Whenever enchanted creature deals damage, its controller loses that much life. [Damage Source: Kalastria Healer (21), Damaged: Player1, Amount: 1]

So the log is showing damage to the wrong person, but really, the damage was never dealt anyway.

Although it's not .011, I am happy to announce that I just released 1.5.49.001, which as you said should resolve some of these OGW issues, as well as include all the new cards scripted recently for the Beta update. I also fixed an issue where color filters weren't working for Deck Manager and deck selector screens.
