Card sell values

I've searched the board and read through several quest mode threads, if I missed the answer to this question I apologize. I'm playing a fantasy quest mode with the unrestricted format, and was lucky enough to pull an Alpha Tundra from a pack. The sell value column reads 89,000 and change credits, which would allow for some much needed addition to my fairly small card pool. However, when I try to sell it I'm only offered 1000 credits. The same is true for the other 3 cards allegedly worth more than 1k credits. Everything else sells for the value listed in that column, so I'm trying to figure out if this is a bug, or working as intended.

On the Spell Shop page, there's a small label (on the left side right next to the sell button) that says how much things sell for and the max value they can sell for. After a certain amount of wins (30? 50?) this limitation is lifted. I believe both the amount of wins and the max sell value are editable in the quest preferences.
