Found a rather interesting weird behavior (possible bug). If you go to the Constructed mode in the left-hand menu, when you're picking a deck for a player to use, there's a dropdown from which you can pick "Quest Opponent Decks." However, the decks that are then available to pick are only from whatever "plane" your currently active quest has traveled to! (I haven't checked what happens if you don't have a quest created.) It seems weird that anything from the "Constructed" mode (which is in an entirely different "division" from Quest mode) would be affected by current game state in a quest. Furthermore, this could be bad because when you "travel" to a different plane, you lose the ability to do any available Challenge duels, so it's a bummer to be forced to Travel just to be able to pick a different deck for a Constructed player (or work around it by creating a whole new quest, switching to it, and traveling from there).
(The way I'd expect it to work, is either have decks from all "planes" appear in the dropdown [quicker fix, but uglier], or add another dropdown that appears when Quest Opponent Decks is selected that lets you pick the Plane to see decks from.)

Sounds like a bug. The info you get when hovering over a player's avatar (cards in hand / cards drawn this turn / damage prevention) is almost always at 0 and unchanging. Only one time (I don't know what I or Forge did differently then) did I notice it being what I think was the correct number.
Also, the mana count below doesn't change either.
I've seen someone mention this in another thread a while ago, but it wasn't really addressed, so I wonder if someone else is having this problem or if it's something on my end.

.Crazed Firecat's ETB didn't work. AI won 4 flips and only got one +1/+1 counter.
Dwynen's Elite's ETB shouldn't be optional.

When did cards like Door of Destinies put types in your deck at the top? That's such a neat touch.

When an unearthed card is flickered and subsequently leaves the battlefield, it is erroneously exiled, presumably by the replacement effect that unearth creates enduring too long.

Just got a weird Forge issue I've never had before--the program locked up entirely, and I had to force quit the process. No exception dialog or anything, and after I alt-tabbed away from the non-responsive program, the game window wouldn't even redraw so I couldn't take a screenshot. But it happened right after I won (the first round in a quest duel--the win screen appeared, but was frozen such that I couldn't click the Next Round button). I was playing against the Orzhov 2005 quest opponent. He had 4 life left, and I attacked with Hopeful Eidolon, Syndic of Tithes, and Volatile Rig. I can't remember if he blocked anything, but it was lethal damage either way. I have a sneaking suspicion that it could have had something to do with the Volatile Rig trigger? But I'm definitely not sure on that, since the trigger didn't even appear on the stack (which makes sense, since he lost due to having no life as a state-based action).

Explorer's Scope doesn't actually show me the top card of my library, it just quietly puts a land on the battlefield if there's one on top.

Just got the after-winning freeze in Forge again, this time on a Mac. But the results are the same as yesterday, with the victory screen appearing (this time it happened after I won the whole match, so the rewarded cards were visible, but everything frozen, no exception dialog). The game state was even simpler this time: opponent had 10 life and no creatures, I attacked with a Burning-Tree Emissary enchanted with Madcap Skills and buffed via Wrecking Ogre's Bloodrush ability. It's quite an annoying bug, since after you force quit Forge, it doesn't remember that you won

Proteus Machine loses its type change at end of turn.
Rolling Spoil gives -1/-1 to creatures even when cast without any black mana.

Could not reproduce the Rolling Spoil issue, it correctly gave -1/-1 when cast with black mana and did not give -1/-1 when cast without black mana for me... :/

Are you sure? I've got version 1.5.45 here and it's definitely not doing it. (Would it be possible to name the revealed card in the game log so that I don't have to click anywhere or mouseover anything to see what it was?)
