New at MTG and Forge need some help

Hello everyone
I've just started playing MTG and using Forge.
I'm interesting in Forge Quest Mode. It's little bit confusing for me actually.
So I have a couple of questions :
If I want add new worlds do I have download something?
Can I also set AI to use only Standard/Modern decks?
What are the best QM settings for beginner?
I appreciate any help.
