A bit confused on how to submit a bug?

Is there any info on how can I submit repeatable bugs? Is there an official bug list that I can find which bugs are already submitted? I don't want to re-submit a bug if it is already well-known to the community.

Check the link in my signature. Basically:

Post in the thread that exists for bug reporting, most likely this is the announcement of the release that you are using. We don't really have an official bug list. Sometimes reporting something someone else also reports is helpful to pin down the scenarios.
