"AI", "?" and "AI ?" - what do these things mean?

There are various markings in the AI column:

AI
?
AI ?

What do these mean? I'm guessing "AI" means "AI has problems" and "?" means "suspected but unconfirmed problems", but then "AI ?" doesn't make a lot of sense.

Two different flags -

AI means "The AI has some to many problems with this card, and we should warn users when trying to give this card to the AI"
? means "The AI can play this card, but it shouldn't appear when generating a random AI deck"

AI ? means both, even though that's repetitive since cards marked as "Problematic" for the AI already won't appear in random AI decks.
