Thraximundar/Rooftop Storm no longer works

When I play a game of commander and play Rooftop Storm, it no longer lets me cast Thraximundar for free from the Command Zone. I don't know if it's a bug or not, but from what I know, Rooftop storm is supposed to allow Thrax to be cast from the command zone for free (Commander tax still needs to be paid though)

Edit: I've also noticed that Rooftop Storm doesn't work on Graveyard states anymore (eg. Gravecrawler, anything allowed to come back via Havengul Lich)

yeah i have seen that, if possible can you checkout if it does still happen in trunk?

i remember that i fixed that.
(i did rework MayPlay and did then rework the AlternateCost for Rooftop Storm too)
