I really don't know what you mean "continues trying to load the file up", it should download the tar.bz2 file when you click on the link. Once downloaded you need to extract it (potentially twice) which should give you the new Forge version.

It doesn't download. It just continues to say "Waiting for www.cardforge.link... in the lower corner, and never actually brings up the "Save File" window. I've tried different browsers, I've tried right clicking to "Save Files As...", I've tried using Internet Download Manager. For some reason, none of these methods will bring up the option to save the file to my computer. However, if I go to the root directory (at http://www.cardforge.link/releases/forg ... op/1.5.58/) I am perfectly able to download any of the other files in that list without issue. The only one that locks up is the one I need, the "forge-gui-desktop-1.5.58.tar.bz2" file. I've never been so stumped.
