Preconstructed Sealed Deck

Postby shedletsky » 22 Feb 2017, 02:44

I have a sealed deck list for a deck I'm playing in a league at the office (Kaladesh block).

I would like to play it in Forge against other randomly generated sealed decks. I can see how I might do this with a custom Gauntlet, but I have no idea how to restrict the card pool to 2 KLD; 4 AER boosters.

Is there an easy way to do this?

Failing that, is there a hacky way to do this?

This is how I'd do it:

1. Create a sealed pool. No need to do anything with your deck, just make sure it saves. (This will generate 7 sealed AI pools)
2. Open your User Directory, you can quickly get here by going to preferences and click on the "Open User Directory" button.
2b. Close Forge.
3. From this directory, open decks\sealed\<name>.
4. Next, replace the contents of "human.dck" with your decklist, it's probably easiest if you create this with Forge, so it has the right formatting.
5. Lastly, reopen Forge and play the altered Sealed pool, with the 7 generated decks.
