Well, it seems like it only works if you have the exact same layout and screen size as you do.

I like it, it looks very good.Stampedo wrote:Hey,
I've decided to take some icons from existing skins and start making my own theme.
Here's a WIP, I'm planning to improve colors and texture work.
Let me know what you think.

It's the price to pay to get such a specific UI. I made sure every areas are distinctive from each other.Xitax wrote:Well, it seems like it only works if you have the exact same layout and screen size as you do.
I'm not playing in full screen tho, shouldn't be difficult to get this result for anyone.
Thanks a lot!1224Deko wrote:I like it, it looks very good.

Your screen looks nice.
The devs are unlikely to add in new themes to the project if they require a specific screen size or layout.

Arabian Nights: a very nice theme! It doesn't work on Linux out of the box though (the font file is called font1.TTF instead of font1.ttf (lowercase), so it crashes), otherwise it's a sweet theme!

Can we get the Arabian Nights' theme added to the packaged themes? I'd like to be able to try it out and test against it for the new mobile game.
On the subject of the mobile game, I'm not sure I'm going to be able to re-use the existing match background files because the mobile game will be portrait instead of landscape. Should we create separate match backgrounds for the mobile game, or should I re-use the existing ones as horizontally repeating gamemats to appear behind each player's field, maintaining the aspect ratio and scrolling with the cards?

I'll add it to the packaged themes. As for backgrounds, I'd either go for using as a playmat or even drop match backgrounds completely for mobile. Just my personal opinion, but I haven't seen the match screen for mobile yet so I might change my mind.

I'll try it out as a playmat. We can always add a different match background image for the mobile game later later.

Feel you free to use any skin and any materials from them... I should have all psd projects, so if you will need any of these I can upload it somewhere or send by other way.drdev wrote:Can we get the Arabian Nights' theme added to the packaged themes? Also, if I can help in any way, I'll do it gladly.
Arabian Nights background materials was exceptionally not made from scratch, they are just a little modified.

That was be previously base material for textures, so maybe this help you to be using in mobile version.
Actualy i'm making custom avatars for final fantasy quest modification that i'm under working(already designed and coded about 1000 custom cards with above 480x640 res, many of them txt rules are exactly same as printed cards, but 5% of all are unfortunately not codeable and need to be fixed). When i'm finish doing avatars(day or two), im planning start to work with next skin, i'm not going to play mobile wersion but if i know how it look/work i will do both verisons if it will be needed to display correct like arabian nights(which also i could redesign).
