Language filter

Postby WrinKtontaf » 28 Sep 2013, 02:37

Greetings all.

I recently got back into Magic and have been searching high and low for a good card catalog and deck manager. I really like the looks of Magic Album, aside from one thing.

Is there a way to filter out the non-English card entries? I've poked and prodded around but can't find anything. It's annoying to scroll through multiple entries for each printing of each card to find the English language version to add to a deck or collection.

Hopefully I'm missing something.

Thanks.

If you select the "Edit Filter" icon (F3 / looks like a little magnifying glass) you can then uncheck all the languages you do not want to show.

Pro-tip: Once in the filter window, right click on a boxed area such as languages to select or unselect large quantities of items in that area all at once such as "all" or "none" option.

Thanks a lot :). I guess I didn't poke around enough. Now life is simpler.

Super pro-tip: middle mouse button select the item under the cursor and deselect all the rest.
When you´re a goblin, you don´t have to step forward to be a hero -- everyone else just has to step back.

Über-pro-tip: save the filter as "default.ini" to have it automatically applied on program start.
