I think this is where this thread should go.
Long story short, I got myself Surface Pro - which is an amazing piece of hardware - and, while browsing the Microsoft windows 8 app store, I found and downloaded "urza gathere" which is a nicely done album-style collection manager complete with our hq pics. It's really nice, but there's no mention of the pic source whatsoever- they might be pulled from magiccards.info, I don't know. But certainly not from Gatherer.
Anybody knows anything about this ? It's made by a David Catuhe - a French guy who seems to be some kind of win8 programming guru lecturing and such.

it's allright, the credit is there now. It also uses UHQs now. It's nice.
