If you really want to overdo it, drop the Behemoth Sledge, Loxodon Warhammer and the Umezawa's Jitte all on the same ally and lay down the law.
The Blademaster is your best target for the "sledgehammerjitte". Usually though, either the sledge or the hammer, combined with the jitte gives you the win on any ally with a stack of +1/+1 counters.
My only doubt with this deck is Eladamri's Call. It has it's uses but maybe you could do with 3 Enlightened Tutor instead, to help get the Jitte. So try both and see which works better for you...
