Here's a rather fun deck to use with Isochron Scepter. Very similar to other Fog decks that stall and stall, this deck lets some milling card like Jace Beleren and Howling Mine to destroy your opponent's deck without ever needing to deal a single point of damage to your opponent's life.

Just imprint a Holy Day on the Isochron Scepter. And cast it each turn, while building your mana base for cards like Howling Mine, and Jace Beleren. Then should attackers give you a problem, your walls are there to block. Or if needed, imprint a Swords to Plowshares for extra removal.

But obviously the best candidate for Isochron Scepter is the notorious Orim's Chant. Nothing gets better than that.
