Of the top 8 decks, and top 2 teams, from the 2010 World Championships, the following decks are forgeable:

7th Place: Christopher Wolf (UB)

Do you have a list of cards that are missing from the other decks? I'm interested in getting those cards added.

I would think Dark Tutelage and Mystifying Maze would be quite possible at least, and that's two decks right there.

Yeah, Mystifying Maze can probably be scripted. Dark Tutelage will require some code.

Oh god, please no. That card is extremely buggy. We'll get something in place for both of these sometime soon to do them via Scripting.

Eh. Kind of. I'm pretty sure Dark Confidant was broken, so I fixed that and added Dark Tutelage at the same time. In SVN now, and will be there for the next beta.
