By all means, they were originally posted by their creators to inspire and entertain, after all!

I have almost 100 so far. They have pics and are set up correctly. I just need to write the info about each deck. I have 15 more to update to the proper format. You keep posting decks and I will do my best to add them. I really need easy decks. Most decks that people create are to win. That is a problem... I am looking for one or two of decks that use a lot of commons. Really unfocused.

Well, the decks in this category (From the Labs/House of Cards) are often more focused on unusual card interactions than winning, and the power level of those from Building on a Budget is often below tournament-level play.

I think your best bet would be to use the preconstructed Intro/Theme decks from the various sets as a base. They are generally simple, thematic, and their power level is universally derided by competitive players (to put it mildly).

Might be able to construct a few tribal theme decks using a weakish creature type. Kobolds, Orcs, Dwarves. Add in a few mediocre spells/artifacts and a few medium sized cretures for a little "meat" and it could turn out to be an interesting type of easy deck for people to face.

I also agree that the killer decks that we see on the net do not make good candidates for easy AI decks to face in the early stages of a quest. :D

I have been creating large quest pools and building singleton common decks out of that but they are just so bland.

I wish that we had more tiers of difficulty.

Does anyone care if the decks that use the same icon are not different versions of the same deck. I have just been trying to stay on theme with a picture.

We currently have four tiers and that may be enough. Easy, medium, hard and the special quest opponent decks.

At one point, Rares was considering a larger number of tiers. I was concered that this could make it more difficult to rate the decks and then place them into the correct tier. Thee are a lot of variables.

Rares created a singleton Elf deck at one point. I am not sure if it is still included. I quess that there may be a few creature types that could be handled in a similar fashion. The deck would have a theme (singleton creature type) so it would not appear as a bland deck of random cards.

Some of the decks can have a version for all three of the quest stages, easy through hard. Others can have just a single deck which appears in only one of the quest stages. I learned early on not to kill myself trying to make three versions of each and every deck.

Here is what I have so far. It still needs work.

To test I have just been adding the decks to EASY MEDIUM and HARD and getting rid of the old decks.
Where do I edit the Easy Hard information and the information about the deck?

Quick edit to that file. Will be back up soon.

I just placed a copy of our quest deck discussion form this topic over on the Decks for Quest mode topic.

It may be best for people to try to keep this chatter over there as it will be easier for everyone to find.
