2.0.0 released. future feature support, customs and bug fixe

Biggest changes this release won't really be visible until a future time. I'm
currently updating the engine to support cocos-2x and possibly network play
(a long requested feature). A lot more work to be done, but the plumbing to
do this has started and will be on-going.
Also in this release are many customs and lots of bug fixes.
