Version (1.0.34) released, bugfixes, Twilight, Witching Hour

I've just uploaded version 1.0.34. Lots of fixes thanks to great feedback from folks in the forum and through emails:

- Lots of fixes: Insubordination Energy, Locus Drive, Bomb, Dissipate, Deathrip, and many more.
- The GUI flicker when events are coming in is gone.
- A bunch of new pieces from the Witching Hour and Twilight expansions, including the elusive Earwig.

Currently 59 of 61 pieces from Witching Hour are implemented and 38 of 60 of Twilight pieces are implemented.
