Version (1.0.41) released. Custom boards, bugfixes

Another big round of changes with this release.

The biggest change this release is the support for custom board layouts. For a long time you could modify whether a cell was a scoring cell or not and how much, but now you can specify where each portal is and the graphics for the portal and scoring cells are dynamic on the board. The evaluation function and optimized disruption cell lists are also now dynamic.

In addition, lots of bug fixes, a few small AI speed ups and tweaks based on feedback from folks on this very forum. Thanks for all the help!
The warband editor dialog is now also a reasonable size and should be fully viewable on standard resolutions. Some triggered events (like gaining spawn points, etc) now trigger a UI update. Also some Undo functionality fixes.

Equitar, Steelborn Lioness, Bonecarved Idol, Unstable Mabel, Carnival Charger, Mindlock, Edgemaker, Ragestrike, Bliss, Awaken, Aviax Cowboy, Infernal Screamer, Citadel of Torture, Mighty Stride.

Here's a pic of a custom layout (attached to this post). This layout is an attempt to get some action in the far sides going.
