1.0.43 released. Lots of fixes and customs

It's been a month, so I wanted to do a release, the amount of changes is pretty large looking at the CHANGELOG. I'm still working on the font size stuff which has turned into a bigger project of allowing UI customization and having the settings be saved. I'm hoping next release will have all this work.

Some of the changes in this release:

- Changed how static abilities are used in the engine which resulted in a very large speed increase when using a lot of pieces w/ static abilities that are only enabled when in play. The Halo abilities are a big one. A lot of rototilling to get this in there and I have tested it but it may have broken some things.
- Correct handling of 'current cost', an important fix.
- Now show and handle '*' for variable attributes (i.e. Carrion Spiker).
- Fixes for Halo abilities, Fido, Armadillo Shieldbearer, Dreamlords, Warmind Scorpion, Null Arch, Reanimator, Insubordination Energy, Vessel, Brainblast, Soul Harrow, and more.
- 30 new custom pieces, some with new abilities added to the engine (i.e. Corrupt Politician).
- Lots of UI and warband editor fixes.
- Fixes for issues coming up w/ running a threaded AI.
