It should as long as you win during your opponent's first turn when going second.Agetian wrote:Hmm I'm not sure then, to be honest... Dan originally implemented the achievement (drdev on this board), you can try asking him if this particular deck mechanic works with the Win by Turn 0 achievement in Forge or not...

Yep, then this goes in line with my understanding of winning in turn 0 not necessarily happening "before the opponent's upkeep" but potentially "in the opponent's upkeep" on the draw. Thanks for confirming, Dan!drdev wrote:It should as long as you win during your opponent's first turn when going second.Agetian wrote:Hmm I'm not sure then, to be honest... Found some fun achievements here:
http://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/J ... eGathering
Now, for planeswalker ultimates achievements from Origins:
Gideon, Battle-Forged: Gideon's First Steps
I still have a long road ahead of me...
Jace, Telepath Unbound: Jace's Erasure
First empty your mind and then... nope, that's it.
Liliana, Defiant Necromancer: Liliana's Necromastery
Come join the Dark Side...
Chandra, Roaring Flame: Chandra's Roar
The opponent continues to burn...
Nissa, Sage Animist: Nissa's Wake-Up Call
Wake up! Time to work!

Does anyone have ideas for the Battle for Zendikar planeswalker achievements? I'd be happy to add them to the code.

Well, maybe it should be "from beyond THE underworld"...

Now that someone's suggested something better, I was thinking, for Gideon, "Gideon up!".

Btw, just thought of something: don't these two ideas work well together? E.g. "Gideon up! Let's all rally against the Eldrazi threat!"

Might work, though not sure how many people still understand "Giddy up" today... What if we just put "Giddy up!" there and let them complete the pun themselves?Agetian wrote:Btw, just thought of something: don't these two ideas work well together? E.g. "Gideon up! Hehe sounds fun, especially considering that Giddy might sound like a version of the name Gideon too (kinda like Mikey for Michael)

I like James Brown here, the follow up line is especially appropriate considering Gideon's vow to stay on Zendikar, and he's pretty rugged looking "Get up! Gideon up! Stay on the scene!"
