follow up on the fat pack pricing
I tried to apply this formula :
BoosterpackPrice * (AmountofBooster-1)
(adjusted with the presence or not of a tourney pack in them)
But letting the lands as bonus, so while fat packs will be more expensive than they are now (as current version there's no advantage in getting booster packs that sometime are the same price), they will still be a good choice to get them in comparison to simply buy the same amount of boosters.
For the formula base, i have been using the booster packs prices from Vecc booster-price.txt that were adapted from :
http://sales.starcitygames.com/category ... 1&start=50
And here's the result (hoping i didn't made a mistake)
edit : as a comparison here's what would be the fatpack price if they were directly taken from starcity prices :
the problem with the real pricing there would be 0 interest in buying a fat pack, as it would be much more expensive than buying the same amount of booster packs.
So i think going at it with a formula like up there is the better idea.
Because the thing with fat pack is that a lot of them contains items that are of no use in Forge, but have some kind of material/novel/stuff value, that probably is one of the reason of the explosive prices in comparison to the boosters.

Honestly, for pack/box pricing, I've set all sets to the same prices in my file. Booster packs go for 395. Starters go for 995. Fatpacks are whatever Forge default was, I think 2365. Boxes are 20000.

I would like to see the following bugs fixed for the next release:
Sloth wrote:I can confirm this using r27990. The same is true for Burning Anger and having a Possessed Aven with Threshold: Granted abilities won't show up.Marek14 wrote:r27987 - the ability granted by Singing Bell Strike can be activated, but doesn't show in the Card Detail panel.
Additionaly the border color of the text of the Possessed Aven was still blue even though the Possessed Aven was black (Tested by trying to target itself with the ability).
Sloth wrote:r28005: When i Concede the game while i'm prompted to select a target (with a spell or trigger) the game will not end and i can't start a new one until i've restarted Forge.

Thanks for carrying this on, Fizanko. Sorry I couldn't help with this part. The formula looks good, and I think this approach makes more sense in Forge than taking the RL prices for bigger products.

FYI, I just committed a new Home page group and screen for Online Multiplayer. It may be a bit before it's functional, but I want to start working on the UI as I implement the rest.
EDIT: Please just ignore the Login dialog that appears if you actually try to go onto the new Lobby screen. Any attempt to enter a username or password and login will fail anyway.

Are you guys going to change the behavior of AIs in multi player games? All they do is attack the human over and over, even if someone else is wide open and more of a threat. Would love some spread out damage instead of a 1v1v1v1 devolving into a 1v3 every game.

I just committed the attack refactoring (blocking is something I'll start tackling now). Please report any strange behaviour or problems

Late, but here are images for JOU tokens. No scripts need updating.

FYI, as some of you may have noticed, I pulled the "Online" and "Lobby" menu and screen from the Home screen. I wasn't able to make any headway on this during this release, so I didn't want an empty screen being released. I will add them back only when I'm actually able to start getting the online multiplayer UI going, which may be a bit further away than I originally thought.

I just committed an enhancement to support quotations in search strings for filtering purposes. From CHANGES.txt:
- Support for surrounding search expressions with quotations -
You can now wrap all or part of a search expression in the Deck Editor or other ItemManagers in quotations to prevent matching on anything that doesn't contain all words within the quotes in order.
For example, while searching for this expression:
creatures you don't control
will match on any cards that contains all 4 of those words in any configuration (24/14330 implemented), this expression:
"creatures you don't control"
will only match on cards that contain those exact words in that exact order with no other words in between (4/14330 implemented).

Is this new function also supporting the following search:
- show all cards to search your library for a land card
- don't show those searching for basic lands
So what I mean is: can I use a combined contain-string and a NOT-contain-string for the whole string searches?

Yep.
Today's attempt to build and deploy the beta once again ended in an FTP error of some sort.
