Ok, the complete Zendikar set patch is ready for beta testing. Post bugs in the this thread please. I will be updating this link frequently as bug reports come in. By the way, if the link below is broken, it means I'm uploading a new version Try again in a few minutes.

The images are all wrong, but that's fine. If you want to test these cards in Sealed Deck, use 4th edition packs. The cards should also be available in draft.

Here are some known bugs/approximations:

*Cobra Trap: trap condition does not work
*Summoning Trap: trap condition does not work
*Tanglesap: prevents damage from trample creatures too
*Vines of Vastwood: grants shroud, not super shroud
*Hellkite Charger: does not have "take extra attacks" ability
*Noble Vestige: has samite healer ability
*Shieldmate's Blessing is the same as Healing Salve
*Unstable Footing: doesn't prevent damage
*Token generators: sometimes make wrong creature types but right stats)
*Pyromancer's Ascension: if you have 2 in play only 1 triggers
*Quest for the Holy Relic: crashes the game when tutoring

report for 20091015

Timbermaw Larva
AI attacks me with Timbermaw Larva . 5 forests out and after attack was announced it had 12/2 instead of 7/7.
Also happens when a you attack with it. (using +2/+0 instead of +1/+1)

Quest for the Gemblades
I got one counter on it.The thing turned yellow and i could imediatly use the quest ability . i´m supposed to remove 3 counters for this not just one.

Zendikar Farguide
Typo on the card currently reads like this "H1 Forestwalk"

Primal Bellow
I cannot cast this as an instant spell - not even as a sorcery . cannot cast it at all.

I don't like this in the development forum since people will never look there, and I need as many people finding bugs as possible.

Anyway, Quest for the Gemblades really does take just 1 counter.

Mold Shambler
The card says "choose nonland to kill" when you pay the kicker cost . it should be "choose noncreature to kill". I cannot target creatures with it so its prolly just a description error.

Baloth Cage Trap
AI played this. The Card stays ingame (the instant gard). it creates a Havenwood Worm instead of the 4/4 it is supposed to create.

I´m still at my first game btw :P

- k lost the game due to massive bugabuse from the comp side :P

next sealed deck:

Adventuring Gear :
Equipped creature doesn´t get anything after a landdrop

Khalni Gem :
The Game doesn´t recognize this as a mana producer . you can tap it for mana but if you can only play a spell with the mana from it then the spell won´t turn yellow. (3 forests + gem out . Mold Shambler in hand isn´t yellow , i tap the gem then Mold Shambler turns yellow)

Explorer´s Scope :
Playing it crashed the game

next sealed deck:

Zektar Shrine Expedition
The displayed casting cost are BR instead of 1R . Ingame it wants black mana to be played aswell.

Drew Goblin War Paint and the game crashed immediatly.

next sealed deck:

game crashed again after i drew Goblin War Paint - guess that means something since it happened twice in a row. forgot to save the game.
crash says "wrong parameters at adress 0x203065f

next crash message was in german , roughly translated it means:
The instruction at 0x0000af0b referencing memory at 0x00401a65. The process of "read" could not be performed on the memory.

taking a short break now , i´ll be back in an hour.

AI played Kalitas, Bloodchief a turn earlier.Game crashed during the AI´s next turn - 0x0202f45a -> 0x000af08 "read" . Guess the AI wanted to use the ability.

Carnage Altar: remove mana symbol
Ravenous Trap: trap trigger is wrong, doesn't cast spell
Khalni Gem: Remove cancel option
Zendikar Farguide: Fix text typo
Timber Larva: Gets +x/+x, not +2x/+0
Equipment: get rid of legacy if equipment is gone
Piranah Marsh cycle: get rid of black color in hand / allow tapping for mana
Primal Bellow: Allow casting
Mold Shambler: Fix targeting text
Baloth Cage Trap: put card in grave, make a beast
Adventure Gear: actually pump creature
Khalni Gem: tell the processor that mana is available... also fixes Priest of Titania bug
Explorer's Scope: don't crash game. Naughty card.
Zektar Shrine Expedition: fix CC
Goblin War Paint: no more german crashes

Goblin Ruinblaster:
used the kicker ability and the game crashed.

Didn´t let me equip to creature when i played it. (no other creature ingame - i´m can target himself,right ?)

sorry didn´t save it . i find like 5 things per game before it crashes though :oops:

Doesn´t let me search my library for a plains card when i play it.

Trailblazer´s Boots
Don´t grant nonbasic landwalk (or Akoum Refuge and Teetering Peaks are both not considered as nonbasics , but i guess it just doesn´t give the ability)

Arrow Volley Trap
Couldn´t play it for the normal casting cost when a single creature attacked me .i was able to play it (for the trap cost of 1W instead of 3WW) when i got damaged and got prompted to prevent the damage with Noble Vestige. same attack - just one creature.
would be good if you could add these funny markers that pyrotechnics use with it.currently it just says choose a target until you´ve clicked 5 times on a creature.
Next bug: it just dealt 2 damage instead of 5

Lethargy Trap
AI attacking me with 1 creature and i can use the alternate Trap cost (1) instead of paying the normal cost of 3U.

Caller of Gales
If you cancel the 1Utap: Target creature gains flying. it untaps and then asks you to select a creature - nothing happens after it. well , there are worse bugs :P

Gomazoa
You cannot use the tap ability.

Soaring Seacliff
ability is working correctly - a Legacy title is missing though.Text box is empty too.

Highland Berserker
ability working , Legacy title is there ,but textbox is empty.

both no harmful bugs but easy to fix.

Sphinx of Jwar Isle
ability working.
i still would like to see the full card ontop of the deck being displayed in the box.(if its not too much trouble)

i´m off now . more reports tomorrow

Trailblazer's Boots: grant ability
Grim Discovery: put cards into hand, not play
Caller of Gales: implement cancel correctly
Highland Berserker / Soaring Seacliff: add Legacy texts
Gomazoa: activate tap ability and add defender
Arrow-Volley Trap: beat it with a stick until it worked right
Lethargy Trap: saw what happened to Arrow-Volley Trap and fixed itself

Hellfire Mongrel manacost it's wrong, it cost is 2-Uncolour and 1-Red.
Primal Bellow it's giving +2/+2 for each forest instead of +1/+1.
Punishing Fire has a wrong colour, white instead of red.
I can't play Pitfall trap, at all either with it's normal CC or Trap CC.
Goblin Shortcutter can't be be blocked.
Something is wrong with Allies, they geting bigger (not with counters, they simply get bigger) when other creatures die, and non ally creatures start to get bigger as well, some wierd interactions are going on with allies.
Goblin Guide ability ain't working properly, i got attacked by one, and it revealed a plain on top of my deck, and instead of getting the plain i got a soul net, i don't even had that card on my deck lol.

Deck editor bugs:
1. 4th edition filter includes 4th edition cards + zendikar
2. Stonework Puma appears with lands filter and without filter at all

Game bugs:
1. Carnage altar taps when uses it's activated ability (but it shouldn't http://magiccards.info/zen/en/198.html)
2. When another Bala Ged Thief comes into play ability should trigger twice.
3. When Hagra Diabolist enters play and there are two Bala Ged Thiefs ability triggers only for one of Bala Geds instead. (Should trigger for Hagra diabolist, 2x Bala Geds). The same story when in play 2x Bala Geds 1x Diabolist another Diabolist enters but ability triggers for only one of balaged instead 4 of them.
4. Quest for the Gravelord creates Heavenwood Worm
5. Soulstair Expedition puts cards into play instead of hand
6. Emeria Angel creates Heavenwood Worm
7. When Emeria Angel's landfall ability triggers landfall ability of adventuring gear doesn't trigger.
8. When I destroy opponents Journey to Nowhere it returns cursecatcher instead of my removed creature. When i destroy mine Journey to Nowhere it returns curse catcher for the first of them and spellsnare spell for the second. At another turn it returns Tarmogoyf
9. Sometimes if i equip Explorer's Scope it destroys a random creature i control (couldn't save this)
10. If i equip two Adventuring Gears at one stack it only equips one of them
11. When I equip with Kor Outfitter Adventuring Gear that's already equipped to another creature it doesn't remove from that creature.
12. When you return Kor Sanctifiers with Emiria Skyruin you can pay a kicker cost for it.
13. When AI uses Emiria Skyruin to return a creature game crashes (use 12th savegame's AI turn for demonstration)
14. Goblin Shortcutter's card color is white. (it has prot. black and is 1/1 creature instead of written 2/1 :roll:)
15. Elemental Appeal summons Ball Lightning instead of 7/1 elemental creature.
16. Molten Ravager ability doesn't work
17. Molten pinnacle deals damage to myself instead of targetted opponent or creature. (and when i target myself damage dealt correctly)
18. Electropotence ability doesn't work (use savegame 17 for demonstration, and also if you kick a torchslinger(or ruinblaster) in that savegame - nothing happens)
19. In 17 savegame when a mountain enters play at ai's turn you choose the target for molten pinnacle
20. Goblin shortcutter's ability should trigger automatically when it enters battlefield not as activated ability.
