Collectible Card Game Headquarters

I have inserted values for possibly all cards needing it in mod direct fire in Manalink.csv there are few hundred entries inserted.I hope to insert slowly all the other AI values in time.I attach only the fixed column I hope it is fine this way.
Korath please let me know if you know if some of all these AI values in Manalink.csv are not considered by AI/engine so not to work on them.
I used the latest Manalink.csv provided in AI card base value.

I import csv as a text file in excel(excel 2007) to avoid the corruption of it,however it makes really long cells (rules text ones)look like this ######### at first (still readable/editable in formula bar if you select their cell) but when I save the file it saves it as ########### and next time I import the file it is loaded like this without being readable even in formula bar anyone know how to fix this?I have searched a lot in internet but couldn't find anything.I tried few excel options without any luck.

Mod Direct Fire through Mod Dummy 4 are only ever examined while the AI is building a sealed deck. (Other than AI Base Value, I believe everything from Mod Direct Fire through Inflatable are the same, but I haven't confirmed those today.)

That csv isn't applyable. At least the Full Name column, and preferably ID as well, need to be present for me to be able to merge. Also preferable to only list only the rows that changed.

I reuploaded it in first post with id and name columns also.Impossible for me however to only list the rows that changed.
Readable only if imported as text through excel though.It seems if imported like this and then saved doesn't load directly with double click.

Here are the updated values for "Mod Land Destructor" in Manalink.csv.Around 260 new values have been added.

Here is the updated "Mod draw cards" value in Manalink.csv.It was not updated for many years + all the cards that now-days also draw a card besides their main effect so about 1349 new values have been added.
