Help...

Postby nettechgt » 31 Mar 2011, 21:24

Hello,

I have followed this tutorial:

http://www.slightlymagic.net/wiki/How_t ... lock_decks

I have enabled the "secret button" and have unlocked all the cards/decks. However all the custom decks are listed as "unsigned string***" Did I do something wrong? What should I do to fix?

Also is there a tutorial on how to use the "Culka's Deck Editor" ? Is it intended for anyone to be able to make a custom deck to be used with DOTP?

THANX!

After some more searching I have found this awesome post. THANX Proxius!!!

It does very good job of explaining the different options for accessing the custom DLC and has has answered most of my questions from above. However I still have a couple more questions....

1. Is there a way to change you're avatar's name when using the Repository cards? I noticed when using Kev's Mods there is a text file called "player name". That allows you to change the avatar's name. But I don't see a way to do this when using the Repository Mods...

2. Is there a way to use the "secrete button" when using Kev's Mods? When I double click on the dotp.exe in the "DOTP Custom DLC MOD 2" folder to start the game I no longer see the "secrete button".

3. Is there a difference between using the "secrete button" then clicking on "start game" and clicking on "Play Magic" then campaign, then selecting you're deck etc.?
